2. Description of Service
ClipCaptions is a software platform designed to automate vertical video production metadata (including transcription, caption generation, and SEO). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must log in using your Google Account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not upload malicious code, attempt to bypass access controls, or use our platform to process illegal, violent, or strictly prohibited content under US law.
5. Intellectual Property
We claim no ownership over the media or video files you upload. You retain full copyright of your original materials. The AI-generated text and metadata produced by the Service are yours to use commercially. However, the ClipCaptions platform, code, and design remain the intellectual property of ClipCaptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". ClipCaptions makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of the generated AI text or continuous platform uptime. In no event shall ClipCaptions be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
