Cookies and Usage Data: We utilize essential cookies strictly for maintaining active login sessions and local browser storage to persist your generated templates and UI preferences.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is exclusively used to provide, maintain, and improve the ClipCaptions Service. This includes routing uploaded media to AI models (such as Google Gemini APIs) to fulfill transcription tasks and rendering your custom settings in the cloud dashboard. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security and Third-Party APIs
Our platform uses Supabase for fully secure, encrypted database management and Google GenAI APIs for transcription processing. Media uploaded for transcription passes securely through these APIs to generate outputs. Please review their respective privacy policies regarding data transport and temporary server processing.
4. Your Data, Your Control
You retain full ownership of your data. Through the Account Settings dashboard, you may instantly delete your account. Initiating account deletion permanently purges your saved templates, connection strings, and profile details from our primary servers.
